Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping times

Delivery times are subject to USPS delivery and thus are NOT guaranteed. Time in transit (once shipped) vary depending on your location. Estimations of delivery times (once shipped) within the US can range from 1-2 days or as much as 3 weeks depending on location, weather, holidays and other factors beyond our control. Please keep your event date in mind when ordering. If ordering for an event that is less than 2 weeks away you may need to upgrade to rush shipping. Please inquire about rush shipping options and item availability if needed sooner than 3 weeks.

USPS failures are not the fault of AMOR COLLECTION LLC or a reflection of our level of dedication to our customers. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please ensure the address is correct BEFORE purchasing or indicate shipping address in the notes box before checking out. AMOR COLLECTION LLC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES DUE TO BUYER'S ERROR. Refunds will NOT be issued for packages returned due to incorrect addresses, undeliverable locations, closed businesses, packages not picked up from post office, etc.

IF AN ITEM IS UNDELIVERED AND RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES OTHER BUYER ERRORS, SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED IN ORDER TO HAVE THE ITEM RESENT.
